Our partner is a well-known businessman from Cavtat, Dubrovnik. He has been working in the real estate sector since the year 2000 and has been involved in countless property sales and renovation of old stone houses, concrete houses, new building apartments complex in Dubrovnik Riviera, property administration, supervision of new development projects for foreign investors, etc.
Our lawyer has established more than 500 private companies in the city of Dubrovnik and has wide experience in the legal commercial sector. His initial years, 25 years ago, was working as a consultant for a real estate agency in Dubrovnik and has acquired wide experience in the real estate and investments sector.
Our architect is very well-known in Dubrovnik region and has made plans for several 4 and 5 star hotels in the Dubrovnik Riviera, as well as wellness hotels in Dubrovnik and complete plans for four new hotels with complete infrastructure for the area in Zupa Dubrovacka, 15 km from Dubrovnik. He has also designed the plans for the complex villas on Mljet island, among other important projects.
Our building company is the leading company in Dubrovnik region and has been involved in several big construction and renovation projects, not only in Dubrovnik but also in other areas of Croatia. Some of the recent projects that they have done include the construction of Hotel Uvala in Lapad, the Trafo station in Dubrovik airport, Cavtat sewage system, reconstruction and adaptation of Hotel Bellevue in Dubrovnik, among others.
Our accountant has several years of experience and has worked for a German trading company and with private clients.
Our hotel consultant is a member of the Board of Directors of the biggest hotel management group. He has many years of experience working in the hotel sector in Dubrovnik and has been the Managing Director of an important hotel chain.
