Founded 70 years ago, Damen BV, has during this period built up a solid name in the south of The Netherlands as a mortgage supplier, insurance and real estate broker. The origin of the company goes back to 1937. At that time our main activity was offering insurances. Throughout the years, the company has grown from a small two-person business to a stable company, having a dynamic and professional team of 15 people.
Our company is the intermediary for purchasing as well as selling houses and land in the private and business sector. We are members of the VBO Organisation of Brokers, which is a guarantee for quality. In 2004 Damen BV decided to expand its operations internationally, through their partner company Damen-CroatiaReal Estate. The reason for starting with beautiful Croatia, was because it is the land of one of our partners’ parents and ancestors. Croatia is over 10 centuries old, yet it is one of the newest countries, being reborn in 1991.
